Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fever Tilt website and gaming platform at fevertilt.com (the "Service"), operated by Outright Mental Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Tournament Participation
Eligibility and Registration
Gaming tournaments hosted through the Service may have additional eligibility requirements, including but not limited to age restrictions, geographic limitations, and registration deadlines. Specific rules for each tournament will be provided at the time of registration.
Code of Conduct
When participating in tournaments, you agree to:
- Play fairly and in the spirit of good sportsmanship
- Follow all tournament-specific rules and instructions from organizers
- Treat other participants, organizers, and spectators with respect
- Refrain from using any unauthorized software, exploits, or cheating methods
- Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior of any kind
Cheating and Abuse
We have zero tolerance for cheating or abusive behavior. Violations may result in:
- Immediate disqualification from the current tournament
- Forfeiture of any prizes or standings
- Temporary or permanent ban from future tournaments
- Suspension or termination of your account
Dispute Resolution
Tournament-related disputes should be reported to tournament organizers as soon as possible. Decisions made by tournament organizers regarding match results, disqualifications, and rule interpretations are final. Appeals may be submitted to us in writing within 7 days of the disputed event.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Content Ownership
Our Content
The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by Outright Mental Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Fever Tilt name, logo, and related branding are trademarks of Outright Mental Inc.
User Content
By submitting content to the Service (including usernames, profile information, and tournament registrations), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service and related tournaments.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide, and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Outright Mental Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outright Mental Inc. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
